v0.3.8 OF

Gamestyle Changes:
Reinforcement Timer increased in significance slightly (5-1)
Switching assault/defense should occur more often (20-x1.5)

Doctrine Changes:
Scopes: +12% acc, +12% dmg, +12% range  -->  +8% acc, +8% dmg, +8% range.
Airborne Elite and Extra Training fixed.
Artillery Expertise: 4 uses  -->  5 uses.
Air Superiority: reduced additional strafing runs from 3 to 2.

Experience and Vet Changes:
All vet bonus' switched to vCoH with slight modifications
All vet modifiers altered to a completely new set of modifiers
Riflemen:  vet2: sticky bombs gain longer range
KCH:  vet1: can upgrade with panzerfausts between games
Stug/StuH/P4/Panther:  vet2: can purchase hmg turrets, gain other bonus' naturally.
Stug/StuH/P4/Panther:  vet3: can purchase skirts, gain other bonus' naturally.

Upgrade Changes:
Both Flamethrower: 70 MU;  -->  60 MU
Halftrack -- Quad .50 cal MG: 0MP; 100 MU; 5 FU  -->  110MP; 120 MU; 20 FU
Axis Halftrack -- Flammenwerfers: 0MP; 90 MU; 15 FU;  -->  50MP; 70MU; 15 FU
Faust and sticky cooldown increased by 100%
Volks -- Panzerfaust: 65 MU; 3 Uses  -->  80 MU; 1 Use
KCH -- Panzerfaust: 95 MU; 1 Use
Grenadiers -- Grenades: 25 MU; -->  40MU
Grenadiers -- Assault Grenades: 20 MU;  -->  45MU
Knight's Cross Holders -- Medikit: 25 MU; -->  Medikit: 35 MU

New Vets:

Veteran Upgrades:
XP Levels: 10, 40, 150
Lose 10% on loss.

The number in brackets represents the amount of exp they'll need to gain veterancy.  Thus a (2.0) for a unit means that when they receive 10 exp they will surpass their vet 1 of 5 exp; a (0.5) for a unit means that when they receive 10 exp they will not gain vet 1 which requires 20 exp.

Yay Pumas are now cheaper than infantry.  Time to purchase 30 Pumas, aside from that will have to try out other changes.

How am I going to keep my Vet3 Officer alive now if it gets spotted? Plus don't Officers already start out with Heroic Armor? (Which means basically a Vet 2 it basically just nerfed itself.)

i love the change for vet, its nice to go back to basics with it!  it was balanced for a reason , will need some testing for sure!

@ Holt: The officer starts with Heroic critical resistance (makes them not insta die to snipers), but not Heroic weapon resistance.

i know but i still want the old vet!! they made more difference for the gameplay and differed EIR from vCoh.. but the vet looks more balanced now!
