Addendum patches 0.4.1b and 0.4.1c:
-Fixes abilities and building of sandbags, TT's, barbed wire, Howitzers, and 88's.
-remove's the +0xp messages.
-Allied sniper Vet 3 move fast camouflage removed
-Calliope is not affected by Tank Command
-Dual Rocket Racks reduced from 30% decreased cooldown, double # of rockets --> 10% cooldown, double # of rockets
-Brothers in Arms moved from 25% to 20%
Game Dynamic:
-Tank traps, barb wire, and sandbags take 50% longer to build
-Halftracks lose 60% of the soldiers inside when they are destroyed
-Puma prioirty against AT Guns raised to 120 so that they will be targeted before infantry
-ANTS system updated (Blocked out opponents, no min w%, new players have scaled w%'s)
Doctrine:
-Artillery Fortification from 25% less cooldown and 100% longer barrage --> 20% less cooldown, 50% more shots fired
-Dual rocket racks changed from 50% less cooldown --> 30% less cooldown, double number of rockets fired
-Heavy Ordnance moved from T3 to T2 and reduced from 50% to 30% discount on airborne grenades
-Supply dropped moved from T2 to T3 and increased from 1 use to 2 uses
-Raid reduced from 7pop to 6pop
-Raid assault increased from 80s to 100s
-Air Superiority adds 2 bombing runs instead of 1
-AT Gun damage, penetration, and health increased by 80% --> 70%
-Enlistment Surge - 10% less MP cost on all infantry --> 15%
-Brothers In Arms - 15% less MP cost on Rangers & Riflemen --> 25%
-Tenacious Faith - 25% less Manpower cost on all Volks, Grenadiers, HMG, Mortar, and AT Gun teams --> 30%
-Aerial Brothers - 25% less Manpower cost on all Airborne squads and Airborne AT Guns --> 30%
-Airborne Elite - 20% more sight, range, health, 50% less drift, vet 1 starting --> 18% health and damage, 0 drift, vet 1 starting
Squads:
-Allied Halftrack: 215 MP, 10FU --> 315 MP, 20FU
-Knight's Cross Holders: 370MP, 160MU --> 350MP, 140MU
-Greyhound AC: 280 MP, 80 FU --> 240MP, 65FU
-'Calliope' Sherman: 200 MU, 700 FU, pop 14, cooldown 80s --> 0 MU, 450FU, pop 9, cooldown 160s
-Howitzer: 180FU, 8pop --> 160FU, 9pop
-StuH 42: 230 MP, 130 FU --> 330MP, 160FU
-Nebelwerfer: 100 FU --> 120FU
Upgrades:
-Pioneers - Bunker: Repair (2 pop): 140 MU --> 160MU
-Pioneers - Goliath: 135 MU --> 95MU, no sight
-Allied Halftrack - Quad .50 cal MG: 110 MP, 120 MU, 20 FU --> 0MP, 120MU, 10FU
-Flame upgrades: 60MU --> 75MU
-Knight's Cross Holders - Assault Grenades: 70 MU --> 60 MU
-Volks - Assault Grenades: 50 MU --> 60MU
-Grenadiers - MG42 LMG: 100 MU --> 115MU
-Grenadiers - Panzerschreck: 100 MU --> 90MU
-Axis Halftrack - Walking Stuka: 100 MU, 330 FU --> 200MU, 430FU
-Airborne: Grenades: 70MU --> 65MU
-Airborne: RRs: 200MU --> 220MU
Veterency:
-Calliope vet 3: +10 Range --> +30 Range
-Grenadier vet 3: Maximum Health 1.3, Suppression 2.0 --> Maximum Health 1.2, Suppression 1.5
-Ranger/Airborne vet 3: Damage 1.2, Fire-up Cooldown 0.5 --> Damage 1.15, Fire-up Cooldown 0.5
-Axis halftrack vet 3: received penetration 0.75 --> max health 1.4
-vet 3 sniper speed increase correctly removed
-m10 vet changed to: vet1) 0.8 received damage, vet2) 1.2 health, vet3) 0.8 received damage

Oh man....the new calliope is going to be like a hose when it fires.
Not saying this is a bad thing before the complaints begin. It looks much more balanced now.

I'm worried about Calliope spam now; even if the cooldown was raised by so much. They barely cost more than an upgun Sherman.
Stukas cost 430 fuel now?!

Why the walking stuka increase, though? The damn thing isn't half as powerful as the calliope, and its rockets can be dodged.

I can't even get a P4 and an Stug with the new jacked up Stuka prices (I have two). So I guess I need to invest in some FU RBs now.

Calliope cooldown increased to 160 seconds
30% off of 160 is 48 seconds, is 112 seconds cooldown.
Population reduced to 9 pop cap (with tank command, let's call it 6).
Allows for fielding of 2 calliopes, 1 sticky rifles, 1 hmg, 1 jeep, or many other combinations.
Also, that's two calliopes firing. Half the cooldown to 56 seconds. You can't count how much it helps to fire at two locations at once. And furthermore it fires more rockets.
Why did they make the calliope better? Hmm..
