Fixes abilities and building of sandbags, TT's, barbed wire, Howitzers, and 88's.  And remove's the +0xp messages.  Also fixes the Allied sniper Vet 3 move fast camouflage. Wink

Calliope is not affected by Tank Command

Dual Rocket Racks reduced from 30% decreased cooldown, double # of rockets  -->  10% cooldown, double # of rockets

Brothers in Arms moved from 25% to 20%

Could you explain why the offensive-style vet for the M10 (a very offensive weapon) has been replaced by defensive veterancy?
With the current price of stickies, the price of RRs and the long cooldown on Fire-up, I think M10 was one of the best units for finishing off a fleeing near-dead tank.

I love how quickly you responded and made this patch btw.

What do you mean by the Allies's move fast Vet cloak Sniper? Isn't it suppose to be move faster than a normal cloaked Sniper at Vet 3?

The T4 on the calliope is actually more harmful than helpful now, since it can't cancel or anything while firing.  Makes it so that it's more vulnerable for a longer amount of time, while most things are going to move out of the barrage by the time the 2nd volley of rockets fires.  Not saying that the calliope should get some kind of buff, I just think the T4 needs a total revamp.

50% more rockets will make 88mms cry, support weapon teams dying more often, and Pak Guns take more damage. Maybe even the occasional immobilized tank taking more damage than usual. Though I agree, the T4 just needs to be revamped.

The first 2 doctrine ability of the tree focuses heavily on vehicles. Then out of the blue, it suddenly switches over to the Calliope. Maybe we can have a vehicle based T4.

Why was it dropped from 30% to 10% cooldown anyways? I'd like an actual answer from the devs.
